What Makes KorkHouse Special Our little cabin is built for two and is perfect for both short escapes and long stays. It’s clad in eco-friendly cork, which inspired the name KorkHouse. We’ve gone all out on sustainability: there’s a grey water recycling system, thick sheep’s wool insulation to keep you cozy year-round, and we harness solar power for electricity. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchenette, a super comfy memory foam mattress, and a wood burner to keep you warm. There’s also a TV, a spacious hot shower, and a waterless composting toilet. Nature Right at Your Doorstep KorkHouse sits on a mini island, complete with an outdoor dining area with wood stools and a dinner table – perfect for BBQs. Sky cabin is a private, fully self contained eco lodge on our small holding at Alpha Farm, set in the beautiful Wareham forest. It has it's own rear garden complete with wood-fired log burner and gate straight into a stunning pine forest. There no light pollution, so star gazing is wonderful.
