The lodge is a Tingdene, which is 40 feet long and 20 feet wide. It has 3 bedrooms. Two are doubles with TVs (one of which is an en-suite, with shower). The third bedroom is a twin. There is a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The living (sofa with 2 recliners, TV and fire), dining and kitchen (oven hob and extractor, fridge/freezer, dish washer and microwave) area is all open plan. From the living area there is a set of double doors opening out to the back and a private decked area, with views towards the North York Moors. There is also a hot tub and outdoor furniture in the decked area. There is space outside to park 2 cars. WiFi available. The property is located within a private gated development, bordering the North Yorkshire Moors, and situated on the edge of the pretty village of Burniston. There is a village shop, and several local country pubs nearby. It is a 10 minute drive from the popular seaside town of Scarborough, with its many attractions, including the beach, Marine Drive, Sealife Centre, Water Park, Scarborough Spa, Open air theatre. Throughout the year there are many events to appeal to young and old alike.
