About this space Friars Cottage is a cosy Victorian Cottage, tucked away in the heart of the historic and vibrant market town of Ludlow with its streets lined with historic timber-framed buildings and castle that dates back to 1085. You are only a 5-minute walk from the town centre and its quaint back streets, independent shops, and an abundance of restaurants, bars, & cafes to suit all tastes and walks along river Teme. Mortimer Forest is also on our doorstep, for those wanting to enjoy the outdoors. The space Friars Cottage, formally a Mews, is full of character. Access to the cottage is down a set of steps and you enter into the hallway, where there is a tray for muddy boots and into our cosy sitting room with Smart TV, which includes Netflix. The sitting room leads into a fully equipped kitchen/dining room. Off the kitchen is a utility with a downstairs toilet and drying room. To the rear of the property is a private courtyard garden, which catches the sun, most of the day and is great to enjoy that early morning coffee or late afternoon glass of wine.
