2 Old Chapel Cottages was originally part of a Methodist Chapel built in 1812, and is right next door to 1 Old Chapel Cottages. At the front of the cottage is a small enclosed seating area which is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The front door leads into an open plan living/dining area with two comfortable sofas, a smart TV and a log burner effect electric fire. The extendable dining table has four chairs. The compact but well equipped kitchen has everything you could need for your holiday: an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Through the kitchen you'll find a modern bathroom with walk in shower, washbasin and WC. Upstairs there are two beautiful bedrooms. One with a kingsize bed, and the other with 3' single bed. There's also an upstairs WC and washbasin off the landing. The cottage is heated throughout with electric heating. At the back of the cottage is a very useful porch area which is ideal for storing coats and shoes. Opposite there's an outhouse with an additional fridge/freezer and washing machine. One medium or two small dogs are welcome free of charge. They are welcome in the downstairs living areas, but we kindly ask that they are kept off the furniture. The kitchen has an integrated fridge and freezer within the island, an electric hob and integrated oven and microwave. There’s also a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the kitchen. A separate snug offers two comfortable sofas and an armchair, a 55" smart TV, and there is also a downstairs WC. Upstairs you’ll find three stylish bedrooms, each with a comfortable king size bed and an ensuite shower room. The main bedroom has patio doors opening onto a terrace with views over the surrounding countryside. There is limited hanging space in each bedroom, but there are drawers under every bed for storage. Outside, the enclosed garden is gravel and laid to bark, landscaped with trees. Beach View Cottage is a stylish two bedroom single storey property, with a one bedroom annexe beside it. Together they can sleep six in three bedrooms, with three bathrooms (two are ensuite). The sea views from the cottage are stunning, and there's a beautiful garden, decking area, and direct access to the dunes below via private steps. The property has been recently renovated to a very high standard, and is decorated with a nod to mid century style. At the back of the cottage the living area spans the width of the property, and the dining table in the bay window makes the most of those fabulous sea views. There's a comfortable sofa and chairs, wood burning stove and TV. Keen cooks will love the brand new kitchen at the front of the cottage with a double oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Downstairs, the living room has comfortable sofas, TV/DVD, woodburning stove and patio doors leading to a sunny enclosed courtyard behind the cottage. The separate dining room features an original stone floor and leads through to the well equipped kitchen with an electric oven, fridge with a small freezer compartment and a microwave. The washing machine and dryer are in the outhouse which is just outside the stable style kitchen door. Upstairs there are two beautifully appointed bedrooms. Bedroom one has a comfortable kingsize bed, and bedroom two has a standard double bed and a shower. The upstairs bathroom features a beautiful slipper bath for relaxing in, as well as a washbasin and WC. Please note that the quirky character of the cottage means the property is unsuitable for younger children under 10 years old. At the side of the cottage is a gravelled parking area with space for one car, and there is free off road parking available nearby in the village. The parking area leads to a pretty cobbled courtyard with a bench, table and chairs. Guests are welcome to use the free WiFi.
