A stylish, contemporary kitchen can also be found in this area along with all the amenities you’d expect at a property of this standard along with granite worktops. The property has splashes of character throughout such as the feature wall paper in the bedrooms and hallway. A neatly furnished and well presented 1 bedroom property just a short walk from everything you could wish to see and do in York. The apartment is set on the ground floor of the Bootham Row building and benefits from its own private entrance. Upon entering you are greeted by the open plan living and kitchen area. The lounge features an LCD Smart TV and comfortable sofa. The kitchen has all the appliances you'd expect to find in a holiday let such as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and coffee machine for your convenience. Just off the kitchen there are patio doors that open onto a small outdoor space. A bistro table and 2 chairs have been provided within the apartment should you wish to use them in the outside space. The bedroom features a king size bed together with bedside tables, hanging rail and dresser. There is a spacious shower room just off the bedroom complete with very large walk in shower. Unfortunately, parking is not included. However, there are two 24 hour paid parking options nearby: Margate Car Park, just a few minutes’ walk away and Bootham Row Car Park....
