Detached house with private pool for 6 guests, located in a quiet residential area with forest views. Pool use depends on water regulations and filling may not always be possible. Just 2 km from the center of Begur and 2–3 km from beautiful coves. The nearest supermarket is only 100 meters away. All on one floor, the house features a living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, kettle, etc.) in an open space overlooking the pool. The bedrooms are spacious and have built-in wardrobes: one bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with a queen-size bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. There is an additional bathroom with shower. Outside, you will find a porch with furniture, a terrace with sun loungers, a bathroom, and a barbecue. Parking is available on the property. The main beaches are 2 to 5 km away. Parties and events are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors (music volume, noise at night, etc.). Pets are not allowed. There is no air conditioning.
