It has the advantage of being situated next door to Casa Christophe and a short walk to Villa Lulu, making it ideal for large family holidays. It affords spectacular views over the rolling countryside and multi coloured mountains, down to the sea. It is 15 minutes drive to the golf courses and to the beach in Costa Teguise. Plenty of privacy in the villa due to the layout, the fact that the villa is not overlooked and is not on a main road. Barbecue area nicely tiled with plenty of garden furniture. The views are very beautiful, free of obstacles and the area is very quiet, although a few minutes drive from the resorts, the capital Reef and beaches. The pool is heated between 23 to 24ºC. There is a terrace with a dining table and sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Nexpresso, microwave, etc. The living room has two heights, with a difference of five steps, resulting in a high quality space. The master bedroom is en suite with a bed of 150 com, with dressing room and bathroom with shower over floor. The other two bedrooms are with 2 beds of 90ctm, in one of them they are joined and in the other separated. There is also an office desk. It has a garage, where a ping-pong is installed and where the washing machine and the clothesline are located. There is a portable iron barbecue, with coal. In the house there are beach or pool towels....
