The Villa has amazing views to both mountain ranges. Our Villa is enclosed by privacy hedges, with two large double bedrooms, one with a super large double, and the other has two single beds. We also have a fold down bed for guests. Condado de Alhama is situated 15 miles from the beach and 15 miles to the mountains. The resort has a large commercial centre, the "Al Kasar", hosting a large supermarket, hairdressers and beauty salon, a number of bars and restaurants, the resort administrator, town hall office, cash machine, and a tourist information centre in the summer months. Our Villa is a 20 minute walk from Al Kasar. Driving Distances: Murcia Airport - 30 mins, Alicante Airport - 1 hour 15 mins. Car hire is recommended. Condado is a gated community, with 24 hour security and close-circuit cameras throughout. There is much to see in the area, including the castle and observatory of Puerto Lumbreras, the weekly markets, the castle of Lorca, the historical monuments, cozy squares, terraces, shops.
