Its location makes it unique: in a quiet street, 40 m. from the beach and two minutes walk to the restaurants and amenities. The two floor house has been tastefully renovated with charm & atmosphere. Ground floor: spacious living/dining room, study with fire place, well appointed kitchen with tipycal Catalan tiles with eating area, large living-dining room, 2nd living room with fireplace, guests toilet, garage (2 cars), garden , new pool and a wonderful outside porch with dining area. First floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom en-suite and the master bedroom of 40 sqm with 2 dressing rooms and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. Terrace and laundry room.
