This beautiful detached villa is situated on the edge of the nature reserve of El Valle y Carrascoy in Murcia. The distance to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Mar Menor is 20 km and can be reached by the motorway in 20 minutes. A few kilometers away you find several 18-holes golf courses. The villa is located in a residential neighbourhood where you can find a bar-restaurant as well. Within a few minutes by car you can reach the typical Spanish town of Balsicas where you can take the train to Cartagena, Elche, Alicante and Madrid. The villa has been built recently and is very spacious and practical. Everything is on one floor and the plot is completely flat, therefore it is suitable for wheelchair use.
