To book this property 12909 is the process:


1 º Send us an email indicating you wish to book the days you want to book and the number of people who remain.


2 If we have availability, we will send an e-mail stating that we have made an advance booking, and provide data for payment.



3 ° Upon receipt of the payment, we will email you with confirmation of your reservation.



PAYMENT
30% upon reservation


The remaining 70% 4 weeks before handing over the keys (not refundable).


WARRANTY: The first day of rental, you have to give 500 € in cash as collateral are per stay, which will be returned when you finish your rent once it is established that the house is in the same condition it was delivered.



The house is clean.

The sheets are changed once a week (Saturdays)
