Santa Maria Cubelles: Detached house 800 m from the centre of Cubelles, in a sunny position on a slope. Private: grounds 1000 m2 (fenced), lawn and flowers, swimming pool. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m. Sandy beach, tennis 2 km, golf course 12 km, pitch & putt 15 min. Barcelona and Tarragona are 35 minutes away (by motorway), Sitges 10 minutes. Bakery, ambulance and medical services within 500 m. Grounds with lighting, partly with paved terrace 200 m2. Picnic area, with stone barbecue, terrace furniture. Table tennis table. Basketball net. It is possible to hire 2 bikes (optional, 60 eurs per stay). Garden and swimming pool maintenance once a week.

Kitchen (oven, micro wave, deep freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Upper floor: kitchen (oven, deep freezer). Bath/WC. Terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). View of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: fan coolers provided, washing machine. Reserved parking, fenced (6 cars). The living room on the ground floor is actually a private gym room: exercise bike, multigum, abdominiser, step machine. Shower/WC. Electric radiators. Colour TV with video and DVD. HiFi system.
