Big house placed on a very quiet neighbourhood called Sant Joan, equipped with private pool, BBQ, big terrace, parking, etc.. Near down town and beach of Blanes, and close to beautiful "calas".

This house consists in a lower plant about 300 m2, and 600 m2 terrace and garden, with private parking.
Me and my family live upstairs, but it's totally independent from the rest of the house, the use of the terrace and the swimming pool are exclusive for the rentals.

Unfortunately groups of youngsters are not allowed

30% down payment within 3 days to confirm reservation. Bank transfer preferred to confirm the reservation, the rest will be paid by cash at the key deliver.

Security deposit 1000€ per stay.
