The famhouse is situated at the border of the village of Vilajuiga in a quiet environment, next to the nature reserve of Cap de Creus, at walking distance of the shops. The place is about 10 km north of Figueras. 10 km from the small rocky beaches of Llança, 10 km from the sandy beaches of Roses.
The house is split in 3 apartments. Each with spacious bedroom, bathroom kitchen/living room and terrace. There is a nice swimming pool for relaxing.

We purchased the house in 1999. That year we commenced renovating and restaurating the place.
Now we have 3 spacious comfortable apartments and a beautiful garden with swimming pool and sun terrace. This year we hope to finalize the gardening. We plan as well to install dishwashers in all apartments.

Very well

We liked this place, and maybe away from the sea, but we could admire the mountains, walk through them. There has been a good evening with a glass of wine by the pool. Enjoy the tranquility and the chicks chirping. Only one thing did not like, there was little sunshine, sometimes raining. However, you can really see a lot of beautiful places nearby, if you have a car.

Great apartment for families near Roses

Great apartment with fantastic views of the nearby mountains. Would suit families looking for a quiet place to stay but near to all local attractions.

Wonderful country escape - great house, great pool, great owner

We loved our stay there. It was larger than expected so plenty of space for the clutter of childrens' toys as well as all the usual holiday stuff. Cot was provided for the baby, pull out beds also, great private outdoor space as well as the shared pool area - which we didn't have to share in early May! The pool was warm enough for swimming in early May so we were delighted. Great day trips are possible from here - to Cadaques, to Begur and to Figueres and to many local beaches. We had such a lovely time at the house that we didn't go out very often but it's a good location and I can imagine in Summer it would be a great place to be away from all the crowds at the beaches. It's also right on the edge of beautiful walking area through a national park. We brought the dog and had some beautiful walks from just outside the door. The owner is very friendly and helpful and we felt very at home there. I'll be back in Winter without the kids to check out the smaller apartment with the wood fire!
