Near the city.... but not in it!CasaCuchia is situated in the village of Cuchia. It is south facing and sunny. On the ground floor there is a bright entrance porch which leads directly into a television sitting room with satellite tv. Following this room there is a garden facing lounge. On this floor is a fully fitted kitchen and separate dining room as well as a utility room with washing machine etc.,WC/shower room and cloakroom.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, a sizeable bathroom and access to a very large balcony overlooking the garden.
CasaCuchia is detached with a secluded garden and off street parking.
The beaches,whilst close,are not visible from the house.

Cuchia is a quiet seaside village,close to the city.Ideal for those who want to combine the proximity of city activity and attractions with a relaxing rural/coastal environment.
The stunning medieval town of Santillana del Mar is near as is beautiful Comillas, and San Vincente de la Barquera.Suances is visible just across the bay from Cuchia but is not accessible by bridge, it requires a drive around the coast.
Excellent roads bring you to the Picos de Europa in under two hours.Bilbao is an hour´s drive away and Burgos is also within 2 hours.
Any time of year CasaCuchia is an ideal base from which to explore the city and the province.
