This is a great value apartment right in the heart of the Village - located on Parellades, one of the central streets of Sitges - but with quality double-glazing and bedrooms on the rear of the building you can enjoy watching people pass-by and then rest comfortably in air-conditioned coolness!
Located over two floors with stunning roof-top views to the sea and church this duplex atico (penthouse) provides comfort and convenience.

4th floor walk-up (but worth it!)the apartment is furnished with modern influence to provide a stylish home-from-home.

The fourth floor houses the living-room which leads out onto the first terrace for outdoor eating, entertaining and people-watching together with the two main bedrooms and a large shower room and well designed kitchen.

A spiral wooden interior staircase leads up to the top floor which has a comfortable master bedroom and the added advantage of its own en-suite bathroom and also its own terrace.

This bedroom and the two on the fourth-floor (one with double bed bed and other with twin beds) are air-conditioned. Comfort and convenience at a great price for a group of friends or those looking for space to enjoy themselves.

There is a 40 percent non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and the balance will be charged 6 weeks prior to the start of the booking. Visa and Mastercard only.

Cleaning is carried out at the end of each stay, additional cleans may be arranged, at an extra cost.
A signed credit card slip will be required at the time of check-in, which is at the Hotel Liberty, C. Isla de Cuba 45 which is close to the Sitges railway station.

My partner and I have lived and worked in Sitges since 1999 and own the Hotel Liberty, C. Isla de Cuba 45, which is where our office is for check-ins and information, situated close to the central market and railway station so very central.
I am a trained nurse and enjoy working with people and ensuring they have an enjoyable holiday in good value accommodation that is cared for and well maintained.
