The house stands on 450 m² of land, the pool area is fenced and can be closed off for the safety of small children. The living area of the house is 160m², has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The lower floor has a large porch area suitable for dining. The two master bedrooms have access to a small terrace. The carport has space for 2 cars. It is highly recommended to have a car.
Location :- The house is 4km from the beaches Sitges & Vilanova and 1km approx. from the sea. Between the house and the sea is a large wood which extends between Vilanova & Sitges with numerous small coves and beaches. Excelent for cycling & walking. The local tenis club is just 5mins walk from the house.
