Spacious 95m2 apartment, recently refurbished in 2009, with high quality finishings. 3 large double bedrooms each with double bed. 1 bedroom has a baby's cot/bed.2 large balconys to the front and rear, with views over private gardens. Space to eat al fresco. Kitchen fully equiped with all mod cons. Bathroom with large walk in shower. Quiet area close to Los Pinos, but only 2 minutes walk to hussle and bussel of tourist area and 10 minutes walk to the old town.
The apartment is equiped with a washing machine, gas central heating, gas and elec hob cooker ,coffee maker ,kettle, toaster and microwave. All bed linen and towels (not including beach towels) are included, and all cooking utensils and tableware. The apartment has a light airy feel and is comfortable and tastefully decorated.
