Notes
Para la realización de la reserva se realizará el pago del total del alquiler por medio de transferencia o tarjeta bancaria de un mínimo 40% del precio total, el resto del dinero se entregará en metálico a la llegada al apartamento.
Además se cobra una fianza de 250 € que será devuelta al final de su estancia siempre y cuando se devuelva el apartamento en las mismas condiciones que se entrega. El pago de la fianza se realizará siempre en metálico.
Además existe un último pago en concepto de limpieza que son 30 € que el cliente se puede ahorrar si desea entregar el último día el apartamento en las mismas condiciones de como se entrega.
