The flat consists of: 1 bedroom with double bed (queen size) with exit to terrace. 1 bedroom with sofa bed (for one person or double bed for 2 people). Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower. Large terrace. Property located in an old manor house (now divided into several flats) occupies the ground floor (there are 5 steps to access the interior). From 17 June to 15 September there is a private parking space for exclusive use 100 metres away. From November to April there are radiators. Located right in the centre of the village, with all services within walking distance: restaurants, bars, butcher, greengrocer, supermarket, tourist office, clothes and souvenir shops, taxi or bus stop (to go to the beaches or to connect with other towns), forest for walking, etc. ..... Right next to a square where sometimes there is music until 00:00 or 01:00 in the morning (occasionally, not weekly). At a minimum distance of 2 to 5 km from the beaches. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. No parties or events are allowed. Respect is requested for the good coexistence with the rest of the neighbours (music volume, noise at night, etc...).
