Inside the accommodation you will find an open plan kitchen where you will find the necessary kitchenware for your stay, also the accommodation has a double bed and bathroom with bath. The complex has a communal pool for adults and children. In front of the complex there is a supermarket and in the surroundings you will find many cafes and restaurants that CAN PRODUCE NOISE at night due to the great lively life in the centre of the town. The nearest beach is Troya, also within walking distance is Camison beach and Las Vistas, Playa de las Americas, also known simply as Las Americas, is one of the population entities that make up the municipality of Arona, on the island of Tenerife, and is one of the main tourist centres of the island. It is also one of the places with the largest leisure offer in the south of Tenerife, with bars, pubs, terraces, restaurants, and numerous discotheques, etc. The area includes several beaches, spectacular shopping centres, promenades equipped to enjoy the views and the leisure areas that Playa de Las Américas offers. In the lovely Amarilla Bay complex, steps from the beach you will find this super apartment that is perfect as your base for a holiday on the Costa del Silencio in Tenerife. The entrance hallway leads to the living room which also offers air conditioning. From the hallway to the kitchen there is a bedroom, the second bedroom is separated by the bathroom. In the living room there is also a sofa, a flat screen TV and a kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge, dining table and all you need for a self- catering stay:- washing machine -toaster - microwave - Kettle - Juicer - Coffee maker The rooms have double beds and with bedside tables, wardrobes and dressing area. A bathroom with bath & shower and washing machine, everything you need for a relaxing stay. 12 km from Tenerife South Airport. Taxis are cheap and there are excellent bus connections. In the area there are small shops and restaurants. For those who don't like walking we recommend renting a car. Bed linen and towels are included. A surcharge will be applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. For the loss of the key, 100€ will be charged for changing the lock.
