This stunning villa is located in the prestigious area of El Madroñal, Costa Adeje. It has 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms with 2 bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. The property is spacious & well equipped and is ideal for large families or a group of families that enjoy privacy with peace & quiet when on their holidays. For larger groups, the property also has a basement which contains a sofa bed. There are two additional futons in the main Bedroom on the Ground Floor & a further double futon The villa has a private pool with a Cabana, Sunbeds, a shaded Sofa Area and a outside dining table with seating for 10. In the basement a pool table can be found so the kids will be entertained whilst the adults are relaxing in the sun. The ground floor consists of lounge, kitchen diner, twin bedroom and two double bedrooms, one of which is en suite with a Super King Bed. The top floor contains two further large bedrooms with a King and Super King respectively, both with their own outside terraces plus a separate sitting area and two bathrooms one of which is en-suite. Beautiful finca with capacity for 4 people, terrace, barbecue, ideal for a holiday with family or friends and disconnecting. It is perfect for nature lovers as the property is surrounded by greenery and offers wonderful mountain views. If you are looking for accommodation for more people, we have another house available as they are semi-detached houses. Within the finca, each house is independent with one bedroom, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is located near the village of Taucho. Away from the most frequented tourist areas are the villages of Taucho and Ifonche. All of them are situated in the upper part of Adeje and showcase traditional Canarian architecture. If you are looking for something to see and do in South Tenerife that is peaceful, I recommend taking the hiking trails offered by these three villages. These are less frequented paths but with beautiful landscapes. The duration and difficulty of these trails are affordable for anyone, so you can also walk them if you are with children. You can reach Taucho by car or taxi. (In some map services, you can select the "directions" function, which will show you which buses you need. There is also the website of the bus company TITSA).
