A superb three bedroom house situated in a quiet location on an exclusive complex in Caleta de Fuste. This resort is ideal for couples and families who are looking for a relaxing and tranquil holiday location. Within a 5 min walk there is a beautiful white sandy beach and a variety of restaurants and bars on offer. The house is furnished to a very high standard and offers three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, downstairs toilet, spacious lounge which comes with FREE Wi-Fi and UK TV channels, DVD player and a fully fitted kitchen which comes equipped with washing machine, microwave, hob, cooker and fridge freezer.The main bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, it has its own private balcony which has extensive views of the mountains and sea. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobe, it has a private balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The third bedroom is located on the lower floor & has twin beds and wardrobes. This bedroom has its own en-suite as well as having its own lounge area with T.V that plays DVDs. There is a private patio. Our House: We have furnished our house with much consideration. The bedrooms have light weight duvets so that they are easy to make each morning . The lounge has been furnished with comfortable leather sofas and a modern dark wood table and chairs. A Large Townhouse in a gated community with a large swimming pool Finding the right holiday home is crucial to enjoying your holiday. When we first visited Amuley Mar 2, we didn’t know that we would come back to the same complex 9 years in a row and would then eventually buy one. But that is exactly what happened. Our 4 year old boy met the same families each year and made friends. The things that stood out to us were: 1. A fantastic location, no need to drive if you didn't want to. The beach, town centre and marina are only a 5 min walk max 2. Comfortable spacious accommodation. 3 bedrooms, 2 lounge areas, 3 bathrooms and a separate kitchen. There is also a sun terrace that gets the sun all day. 3. Well equipped kitchen. It’s amazing to eat out, but our kitchen gives you everything you need to cook amazing meals at home. 4. Fast internet connection. We have Fibre installed with 200mg speed. We also have IPTV so you can watch sport, movies and TV from around the world. 5. Plenty of storage. The whole house has great storage and the downstairs living area can keep anything out of your main communal areas. 6. Secure. The complex is a gated community, meaning you need a key to get in and out of the main area. 7. No more queueing for sunbeds.
