The finca is located above the small village of La Sabinita, at medium altitude in a magnificent rural landscape, away from mass tourism. A fully equipped, cosy and newly renovated flat awaits you with a spacious living area, a semi-open kitchen and a dining area. The furnishings are in a modern country house style with soft earthy tones, the floors are tiled throughout. A corner sofa with pull-out function for the third guest, a TV area with side display cabinets and a large dining table with bench and armchair by the window complete the ambience. There are books, games and a stereo system for cosy evenings. For colder evenings, warmth is provided in the form of a mobile gas stove or an old cast-iron wood-burning stove. The semi-open kitchenette is equipped with a kettle and coffee machine, blender, baking utensils, toaster and plenty of crockery and glasses. Description of the accommodation Casa Azul is the accommodation unit on the left-hand side of Finca Pino Gordo, is 42 m² in size and is a generously proportioned one-room flat that is also flooded with light. The furniture is made of light-coloured natural solid wood and the country house curtains are blue-beige with delicate green. A wide window front with large sliding glass doors make the room full of light and when the sliding doors are fully opened, the flat merges almost seamlessly into the long, large balcony. For sun protection there are long curtains and external sliding doors with louvres. The sleeping area consists of a double bed with two 80 cm wide mattresses. The open wooden kitchen is extended by a large, round glass table with four chairs.
