Villa built in mid 2000’s. Located opposite the Banana beach at Puerto de Mazarrón. It is private and has 3 double bedrooms (sleeps 6) with 3 shower rooms, a kitchen and a lounge-diner. There is a private plunge pool and roof solarium with views to the town and marina and hill views with amazing sunsets. There is a large flatscreen TV, wi-fi and air conditioning. Also has iron and ironing board, hairdryer and washing machine. Puerto de Mazarron town centre and marina 25min walk away or 5 min drive. 40 mins drive to Cartegena. This modern villa is in the popular area of Mar de Plata, Puerto de Mazarron, just a short walk from the beach, with a private pool, terraces with sea and mountain views and a high standard of accommodation throughout, including air conditioning, fast internet and WiFi. Villa Rhosa provides the perfect setting for a family holiday close to the town of Puerto de Mazarron, and the beautiful coastline of this area. The property has a secure lockable entrance gate and a front terrace with private plunge pool with steps (not ladder) for easy access. There is space for three to four sunbeds to lounge in the sun by the side of your pool, and also a table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining. Please do not move furniture to park on the front terrace as it is not designed to take the weight of a vehicle. There is plenty of parking in the road directly in front of the villa. Entrance to the villa is by the rear door into the modern and fully equipped kitchen which has a small breakfast bar and two stools The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and coffee machine. The washing machine is outside the villa. From the kitchen, you enter into the main living area, which is spacious and has patio doors opening out onto the pool area.
