Each flat has a separate entrance. The use of the garden and the swimming pool is communal but the people of the house rarely appear, because of their professions. This is a house built in 1949 and renovated 5 years ago but preserving the essence of the village and also its more Mediterranean and comfortable side. In the inner courtyard you can see an old jar brought from Murcia. Located in a very quiet street, without noise, it is ideal for rest.
