The property is on two levels, bedroom one is on the ground floor, whilst bedroom two and three are located in two separate towers, with separate staircases on each end of the villa. The villa sits on a large flat plot with no steps or slopes to negotiate, it has a large swimming pool 10m x 5m in size with a 2m depth at the deep end. There is lovely spacious seating area both around the pool and by the house there is a large covered area outside for dining and relaxing. The interior has been tastefully decorated and feels like a 'home from home'. The heated, private pool is suitable for young children and can be viewed from the terraces and balconies. Only a 5 minute drive away is the medieval town of Calonge, where restaurants and shops can be found. Not much further, at 5km, is the seaside resort of Sant Antoni de Calonge which has a 5km long family beach with a wide promenade plus many shops, restaurants and tapas bars! Our fabulous 4 bed villa is great , set in an exclusive residential area called Viscondado de Cabanyes, Villa Florencia is situated on an extra large flat plot with privacy in a wonderful garden with panoramic views and sun from early morning to sunset. A ten minute drive to local sandy beaches, restaurants, large Mediterranean bay with many cafes, five mins to medieval Calonge. Our villa is registered with the Saint Antoni de Calonge Tourist Office and the Official Government office of Catalunya HUTG 016034 The villa is equipped with fast wifi for up to 10 devices, Smart TV with Netflix. The beautiful coast, which stretches three kilometres to Palamos, features a large white sandy bay, perfect for families, where you can walk or scoot along the well designed promenade stopping at good quality family restaurants and children's areas along the way. Beautifully furnished with a new ground floor bedroom - an ensuite with a/c, our villa has comfortable beds with Zara Home, Designers Guild and Christy bedding, a further two bedrooms lead onto a large terrace overlooking the Gavarres, where there is a mosaic table and chairs to soak up the views.
