he Mas Planella cottage is a beautifully restored cottage located on the estate of the same name. It is in a small neighborhood in the middle of the Bianya valley located 15 minutes from the center of Olot. In front of the house there is the farm of the estate with lambs, sheep and chickens and just in front of the entrance of the cottage we will find an outdoor picnic area and barbecue. La Coma d'en Roca is a restored 17th century stone farmhouse that stands out for its elevated position above the valley and exceptional views. It has large common areas and an impressive garden with a fenced swimming pool facing the Cabrarès massif. The property has a land of 50 hectares. The area next to the house is a large garden with several terraces. There is a barbecue area and a picnic area to eat under the shade of the trees.
