The villa was built in 2004 and has far reaching mountain views. It contains a large lounge and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. It has four bedrooms (1 double en-suite, 1 twin and 2 singles) and 3 bath/shower rooms. All rooms have access to balcony or terraces. The house has a private pool of 4 by 8 m and a private, secluded garden with large patios. Excellent facilities to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Underneath the porch there is an outside dining area. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available. The house is located in gated community for optimal privacy and security. There is a local restaurant in the village where one can enjoy typical Spanish food. Supermarkets, further, restaurants and shops are to be found in the close-by villages of St Pere de Ribes and Canyelles, 5 min down the main road. The house is very bright and enjoys sunshine from morning to evening! The outside pool is fully private and backs onto the Garraf National Park. In the front garden there is a flat lawn.
