This beautiful vacation home in an urbanization in Vidreres in the province of Ala Bonita and Girona is located in a rural location, but very close to the beaches of Lloret and many other places on the Costa Brava. The detached house offers a fantastic swimming pool, a terrace for sunbathing and a spacious covered porch with a large table and chairs where you can dine outside in beautiful Mediterranean weather. The house is surrounded on all sides with a gorgeous landscape of fields and trees and extends over only one level with parking at the front. Both the living room and kitchen lead directly to the excellent pool area and the kitchen is well fully equipped. The house offers cozy 3 bedrooms, two of which have a large double bed. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, making it ideal as a children's room. The bathroom is stylish and modern with a large shower. For day trips you can visit the beautiful city of Girona only 25 km and the stunning Barcelona 85 km distance....

The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden that offers relaxing mountain views, an open terrace, and a barbecue. Capmany is a quiet Catalan village well known for producing the best wine and olive oil in the area. There are lots of walking paths starting from the village and it is also well connected to the nearest cities. A parking space is available in a garage. Free parking is available on the street. On the ground floor is also an indoor and heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi. In Catalonia it is common that all small villages have a “Village swimming pool”, also her, where it is situated 250 meters from the house. The 2011-price was 3€/half day and 5€/full day. Additionally, the beach is only 15-20 minutes drive away, so there is plenty of possibilities to have a dip. Each apartment has 2 double rooms and a single room with room for 5 people and all have air-condition. There are two apartments on the first floor and two apartments on the 2nd floor.
