Very practical and functional, built on two levels on a plot of 1.599 m², it is distributed in a spacious and bright living-dining room with access to large porch terrace, independent kitchen, five double bedrooms, two of them air-conditioned and two of them type suite with bathroom, and one of them air-conditioned, there are also two complete bathrooms.
