The municipality of Platja d'Aro, also known as Playa de Aro, with a total population of approximately 4,000 inhabitants, encompasses a series of smaller villages. The oldest village is Castell d'Aro with its medieval town center, located 40 km southeast of Girona and 100 km northeast of Barcelona. Platja d'Aro, also nicknamed the "Cannes of the Costa Brava," features one of the most magnificent and widest beaches, approximately 2400 meters long and 70 meters wide. In addition to a car-free beach promenade, many restaurants and bars invite you to linger. Miscellaneous Bed linen and towels are included once.
