There is a double bedroom, and a spacious living room with two single sofa beds and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge, coffee maker and a kettle. The apartment is located in one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Barcelona, in the district of San Pedro and the Ribera, better known as El Born. The building provides an elevator and a communal rooftop terrace, open every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The tourist tax in Barcelona is €6,88 per adult per night, and only children under 17 years old are exempt. It is mandatory to show ID or passports upon arrival or beforehand....
