The house is on a plot of 1000m. There is room to park 5 cars inside the property. The private pool for exclusive use measures 10 x 5 m has a ladder to enter. In the shallowest area it measures 1m deep and the deepest 1.90m. The purification system is with salt electrolysis, without chemicals. It is very soft for skin, eyes and hair. Pool cleaning is automatic with a robot at night. There is garden furniture: large table with chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue ... On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, with a door to the pool terrace and everything you need. The large dining room (50m) with a door to the terrace.
