The villa is pristine, with a lighted barbecue zone to the rear of the property, private swimming pool, independent and fully equipped kitchen, a lovely dining area with a table that can be extended to 2.40 m. There is a downstairs WC and a covered terrace overlooking the pool. A detached villa built on a 700 m2 plot. It has a garden with lawn and 8x4 swimming pool. It is located 300 m. from the sea, 500 m. from Calafat marina, and 600 m. from the beach called "L´Almadrava", which is more than 1 km. long and sandy. The house (not including terraces) is 100 m2 and has one double bedroom + a single bed, one bedroom with bunks which leads to another room with double bed, a bathroom with bath, a toilet, an open plan kitchen and a living room which opens on to a 20 m2 covered terrace with barbecue. The house also has an outside shower.
