The three story villa offers a large social area on its first floor that extends to a relaxing sitting space in the terrace, just perfect to enjoy the stunning views and mediterranean atmosphere. It’s fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the pool enhance the inside living and dining areas. A barbecue zone with optional dining complements the outdoor spaces. At the lower level, the private driveway and garage offer enough space for at least two cars. The billiard room and laundry space complement this level. There are four bedrooms on the villa’s top level: The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a lovely terrace with ocean views, a second double bedroom with balcony, a third room with two bunk beds - perfect for the young ones, a twin room and a second bathroom.
