About the bathrooms, there is one bathroom with a shower and another one that is a toilet. The wide living room has a sofa, an armchair, TV and space for the dinnig room with a table and chairs. From the living room you can access to the terrace with sea views and outdoor furniture to enjoy when ever there is good weather. The kitchen is totally equipped with a fridge, are to cook, oven, toaster and also the washing machine. We have installed ceiling fans in all 3 rooms to offer better comfort throughout the apartment. There is free parking for one car in the property just next to the residence entrance, it is number CAT 16, and there is also free parking in the street.
