When I look out from the large window, like an eagle from its nest, high above the sea, alone, I feel a great sense of freedom. Stand-alone stone house in a 2,000 sq.m. fully enclosed property situated in a quiet and nature-sorrounded 3-property cul-de-sac 25 meters above Arnao beach (Castrillón municipality) and very close to Salinas beach. The city of Avilés is 7 kms away and it takes half an hour to get either to Oviedo or to Gijón. There are big supermarkets and grocery shops1 mile from the house and being Asturias a culinary powerhouse, it's not surprise that in Salinas, also 1 mile from the house, there are 3 Michellin-star restaurants. The property was originally built in the mid nineteenth century but has been recently fully restored and it is 80 meters from the beach.
