The kitchen is off the lounge, it has a five burner gas hob, electric oven, fridge and a good selection of stainless steel cooking utensils, cutlery, jugs and earthenware bowls. The lounge has a TV and DVD, we have a collection of DVDs and CDs for your use, these are in the communal lounge where you can select from free of charge. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, which is accessed from an outside entrance to the house, as both the bedroom and the bathroom have no internal communication with the rest of the rooms in the house, although it has underfloor central heating. La Morera is a traditional farmhouse that has been restored and is very comfortable. Surrounded by holm oaks and olive trees that offer a beautiful landscape. Located in Aroche, a few kilometres from Portugal. The house has 2 floors. The ground floor has a living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. From 1st July 2023 we have a plot with swimming pool, gazebo, private parking, located less than 20m from the house. The pool is open from 1st May to 1st November. Casa Rural El Barranco is a full rental house, on the outskirts of the village, typical architecture of the area. It consists of two floors; it has 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, living room, kitchen/dining room, toilet on the first floor, terraces, enclosed cobbled patio, barbecue, and three bedrooms have independent terraces. Fully equipped and with central heating. The house is decorated with all kinds of antique utensils from old trades and tasks no longer in use (mowing, slaughtering, shearing, harvesting, etc). Comfortable, cosy and made with all the care to make the visitor feel at home, we try to make you enjoy the house and the surroundings as much as possible because the village and the area are well worth a visit. An ideal house to spend your days in peace and quiet, in contact with nature and the beauty of the Sierra de Gredos and the Tietar Valley, hiking, quad biking, etc...
