This super modern villa with its own private swimming pool is located in Sucina, Murcia. The villa has two floors with two bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor, all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The main bedroom upstairs has a large terrace with outside seating and views of the pool and the mountains. This is a very popular two bedroom two bathroom spacious villa with a private pool and roof solarium. The villa is furnished to a high standard and has air-conditioning in the lounge, along with ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The rear garden is fully paved and has outside garden furniture and sun loungers along with a charcoal BBQ. Upstairs there is a solarium ideal to enjoy evening drinks with lounge furniture. The villa is located in a quiet area of the resort and is about 5 minutes walk from the supermarket and town centre, which has restaurants and bars and the Golf Club House. We are able to supply pool towels, welcome packs and a meet and greet service. Our guests staying at La Torre also have the added benefit of our fully staffed office at the resort, where you can get assistance, advice and recommendations, as well as help with any aspect of your travel or accommodations.
