Located in the heart of the Costa Brava, in a privileged place in the "Natural Reserve of Baix Ter and Medas Islands", only 5 min drive from the golden sand beaches of Pals. The property is a paradise for families with children. Peacefully secluded between the fields and connected to the world only by a farm road surrounded by apple and sunflower fields. The old house, completely renovated, is located in the middle of a 5 hectare property of land in full production of Golden Apples, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and alfalfa that is used to feed the family of horses and ponies that live on the farm. The house is on two levels and is a perfect example of tasteful, rural elegance. Quiet endless garden: The house is totally isolated in a silent oasis, surrounded by a healthy nature.
