You can't live any closer to the sea! The house is unique and features a dreamlike terrace, a heated pool, and private, direct access to the natural rock pools in front of the property. The views of the Atlantic, the coast, and, on clear days, the island of Gran Canaria are breathtaking. The small village beach is just 100 meters away. Although the villa adjoins another identical house, it enjoys complete and absolute privacy, both indoors and outdoors. Access is via a front terrace that leads through a small hallway to the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, and the spacious living-dining room. On the same floor, there are also 2 bedrooms with sea views and double beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds, a laundry room, and a full bathroom with a shower. From a huge sea-facing terrace equipped with sun loungers and a large dining table, stairs lead down to the lower terrace where the heated pool (supplement of €15/day) and a large additional bedroom with a double bed are located. Access to the second bathroom with a shower is via the terrace. Both terraces also have direct and private access to the sea and the small natural rock pools suitable for swimming.
