You can't live any closer to the sea! The house is unique and features a dream terrace, a heated pool, and private, direct access to the natural tidal pools in front of the property. The views of the Atlantic, the coast, and on clear days, the island of Gran Canaria are breathtaking. The small village beach is just 100 meters away. Despite the villa bordering another identical house, it enjoys complete and absolute privacy, both indoors and outdoors. Access is through a front terrace that leads through a small hallway to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, and the spacious living-dining room. On the same floor, there are also 2 bedrooms with sea views and double beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds, a laundry room, and a full bathroom with a shower. It is located in a rural area, very close to the coast (Puertito de Güimar 4Km), and twenty minutes from the capital of the island (Santa Cruz).
