This super modern villa with its own private swimming pool is located in Sucina, Murcia. The villa has two floors with two bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor, all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The main bedroom upstairs has a large terrace with outside seating and views of the pool and the mountains. On the ground level you have a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen with patio doors on two sides leading out onto the terrace and swimming pool area. One of the great features of this villa is the outside space which has a large outdoor salt swimming pool with jets at one end. The pool can also be heated during winter months for an additional fee. Our beautiful, spacious open plan villa, faces South, on the foothills of the Sierra de Colombares regional park in a small traditional Spanish village. It is situated between the unspoilt sandy beaches of the Costa Calida and the historical City of Murcia. Large rooftop solarium offers panoramic views over the village and surrounding countryside, this is a great secluded sun drenched spot to soak up the sun by day and dine alfresco by night. Our property is located on a new development, but within walking distance of the village facilities, which include 2 supermarkets, bakery, bars/cafes and a pharmacy. The quiet and secluded shared pool, equipped with a jacuzzi is 20m away. The villa is well appointed and beautifully furnished in a contemporary style and is fully equipped for self catering, with a ceramic hob & oven and microwave. The lounge area has a TV and there is an Amazon Firestick for UK TV the Keyholder will give this to you when you arrive. Films etc plus a available DVD Player only, Free Wi Fi. There is a compulsory laundry/cleaning fee of €80 payable on arrival in cash to the keyholder. On receipt of this the Keyholder will give you the Firestick if requested. This must be returned with the keys on departure. Check out time is 11am unless arranged with myself....

A lovely ground floor apartment, perfectly private. Nearby Corvera town is very Spanish with plenty of good local restaurants. The town is 20 minutes from San Javier airport and 50 minutes from Alicante. It lies 25 minutes from the tourist beaches of the Mar Menor and 15 minutes from the city of Murcia itself. The resort is in a quiet rural setting. A hire car will be needed for guests who wish to explore the area. The resort has a very low build density, so guests will not be subjected to large crowds. Guests have exclusive access to a super swimming pool. Facilities on site include a 5 a side / basketball court, tennis and padel courts and plenty of children's play areas . An equestrian centre is in town. Murcia is a dry area, but is still renowned for its birdlife and spectacular countryside. Local walks and birdwatching can be arranged with the Finca by the side of the resort. The Apartment is a non smoking apartment and includes TV, fast WiFi The Master bedroom is complete with double bed, fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower/bath and toilet. This beautiful detached villa is situated on the edge of the nature reserve of El Valle y Carrascoy in Murcia. The distance to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Mar Menor is 20 km and can be reached by the motorway in 20 minutes. A few kilometers away you find several 18-holes golf courses. The villa is located in a residential neighbourhood where you can find a bar-restaurant as well. Within a few minutes by car you can reach the typical Spanish town of Balsicas where you can take the train to Cartagena, Elche, Alicante and Madrid. The villa has been built recently and is very spacious and practical. Everything is on one floor and the plot is completely flat, therefore it is suitable for wheelchair use. The house has a spacious hall, a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen of 20 m2 equipped with all comforts, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is en-suite with a shower and the other bathroom has a large corner bath. The living room opens onto a huge terrace where the pool of 4x8 meter is situated.
