The house is located in a quiet area, 3 minutes drive from the center of Roses, 10 minutes walk from the Chemin du Ronde to the beach of Canyonelles. It is also possible to walk to the center of Roses. To access the Chemin Du Ronde, there are stairs in front of the villa leading to the pedestrian path to the beach of Canyonelles, 750 meters away. - It has private parking inside the building. ** Bed linen and towels are provided.
