It is located on the second floor with an elevator and has a large 240m2 solarium with frontal views of the sea, outdoor table and chairs and hammocks for sunbathing. It has a multitude of community spaces such as a swimming pool for adults and children, a paddle tennis and pickleball court, a basketball court, a children's playground and a small supermarket. The three bedrooms have a double bed, two single beds and a single bed with a trundle bed.
