This lovely house Casa Girones is located in the seaside resort of L'Estartit. This holiday home has been fitted with every conceivable comfort: you not only have a swimming pool behind the garden, you also have the beautiful sandy beach just 500 meters from the house! The cozy center of L'Estartit is within a 5 minutes walk from the property where you can stroll through its streets or his boulevard which leads you to the lively harbor of this old fishing village. You also have a supermarket with bakery (200 meters!), where you can buy in the morning fresh orange juice and croissants for breakfast. The property has a rear terrace which has direct access to the communal swimming pool with sunbathing area. At the front of this house there is also another terrace, with barbecue! Casa Girones has 2 floors: on the ground floor are the living room with dining area, sofa bed, kitchen, toilet and entrance to the garden.
