This approximately 150 m² apartment features a 150 m² garden and is located on the lower level of a four-story house. Overlooking the Atlantic, it offers guests stunning panoramic views. The property includes a closed chill-out lounge area with a 75-inch TV, access to digital platforms, and high-quality sound. There are two sofas for 3-4 people, two large comfortable armchairs, and a dining table with up to eight chairs, all set in the garden, including the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove, capsule coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The apartment has a bedroom at garden level with a small bathroom and shower.
