At the end of the road, park the car and walk down a stone and grass footpath( uneven and not suitable for anyone who is not fit) that winds through the palm trees for 200 m before you reach SUNSET RETREAT. Our house is at 100 metres above sea level. Enjoy the completely private terrace, with sunbeds and outdoor shower, a large garden with mango trees and palm trees. The evenings are long and the sunsets into the sea are amazing. The night sky offers stunning views (no light pollution here) and the Milky Way is easily spotted. This old tomato packing house, completely renovated, offers a kitchen, large bathroom and a bright living room with an open plan bedroom. This summer (2024) we have had a new roof put onto the house. It looks great and it will be quieter inside as it is a lot more insulated. The same footpath continues down to the coast with a great headland with views along the entire coast. You can see the old Pier, still standing. The village has a church, BBQ area, bar/restaurant, another rocky beach and many walks. CASA AURA is relaxed and offers plenty of space. The friendly, bright kitchen with window front lets the day shine in the sun. From the kitchen you have a magnificent view of the huge mountain range, as well as the wide sea in the background. The bedroom is pleasant and quiet. From the bed you can marvel at the Atlantic Ocean between the palm trees and at night you can see some stars directly from the window.
