The villa is located in a very quiet residential area called “Puntillo del Sol” and offers impressive views of the Atlantic Ocean and Mount Teide. Of particular note are the multiple terraces for year-round enjoyment, a heated pool measuring 8.00m x 4.00m (with a supplement of €15/day), and a garden with a lawn and numerous tropical plants and fruit trees, such as mango, avocado, papaya, banana, etc., which our guests are welcome to harvest for their own use. In the rear garden area, there is also a terrace with a barbecue, from which you also have a wonderful sea view. The house features a spacious, fully renovated living/dining room with a fireplace and Smart- and SAT-TV (mostly German channels), a separate, fully equipped kitchen with access to a second dining room overlooking the back garden, a master bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, another double bedroom, a fully renovated en-suite shower room, and a full bathroom.
